Sometimes some images do not load within the Ouidah product designer plugin. The major reason this might happen is if you have the “JetPack by WordPress” plugin installed and its photon feature enabled.
The JetPack by WordPress plugin is used by most sites to enhance the web experience for your clients. When enabled, the Photon feature (now a part of what is called the Site Accelerator) requires that all images be uploaded from a secured server. If you install the JetPack plugin and you activate the photon feature, your images will not load within the Ouidah product designer plugin.
The solution is to keep the photon feature inside the JetPack plugin deactivated.
I can’t get any images to actually display in the canvas. They upload, but they do not go to the canvas for viewing, is that how this plugin is supposed to work? Additionally, the default template is not displaying correctly and needs some updating,
